Catering at Inverrary is a privately owned corporation. Owners Michael Maccarone and Fred Ginsberg have over seventy-five years of combined experience in the hospitality industry. We are located at the historic Inverrary Country Club. We can host events at our facility from fifty to four hundred people. We also have an off premise division which allows us to cater any type of an event at any location. Some of our off premise functions have taken place at the Boca Art Museum, Old School Square, Heron Bay clubhouse to many private residences.
We pride ourselves by lovingly offering freshly prepared food using the finest ingredients. From traditional Caribbean food, to classically prepared European dishes, to backyard barbeque or a simple sandwich. Our hearts are in everything we do.
